Church News
• Greensburg Church of the Brethren will host a night of fun and fellowship for individuals and groups with developmental disabilities from 5 to 7 p.m. Mondays at the church, 554 Stanton St., Southwest Greensburg. Fundraisers
• Jeannette American Legion will host bingo at 1 p.m. Jan. 7 at the post, 109 S. Fifth St. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Cost: $25 per packet, includes regular and special games. There will be a $750 jackpot game, door prizes and 50-50. The kitchen will be open. Proceeds benefit veterans and community activities. Details: Rick, 724-600-5061.
• Lincoln Heights Civic Association will have bingo from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 4 at the center, 42 Millersdale Road, Hempfield. There will be 20 regular games and five quickies. Cost: 25 cents for a three-card board; $1 for quickies. Payout is 50/50. Free coffee.
• Jeannette Knights of Columbus hosts bingo at 7 p.m. Fridays in Mersinger Hall at Ascension Church, 615 Division St. Doors open at 6 p.m. and early birds begin at 6:30 p.m. Players younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Alcoholics Anonymous meets at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at Union Presbyterian Church, 656 Route 380, Washington Township.

Meetings
• South Hills Coin Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Bethel Park Municipal Building, 5100 W. Library Ave. The Feb. 3 coin show will be discussed. There will be a 50-50 raffle and prizes for children. Public welcome. Membership applications are being accepted. Details: 724-984-6611.
• The Parent Group of Southwestern Local Task Force Intermediate Unit 1 will meet online from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 11. The presentation will be “Let’s Go To College.” Parents of children with disabilities and personnel from agencies and school districts in Washington, Fayette and Greene counties are encouraged to attend. Senior Citizen News
• Irwin Senior Activity Center will have a presentation on Arlington National Cemetery at 10 a.m. Jan. 4 at the center in First Methodist Church, 310 Oak St. Beach ball bingo will be at 12:15 p.m. Jan. 9. Details: 724-787-1760 or mumsest@aol.com.
