Westmoreland County adds 14 new coronavirus cases

Westmoreland County saw 14 new coronavirus cases added Monday, according to data released by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The new cases bring the county’s total to 1,553 with 46 deaths. Of those cases, 1,510 are confirmed and 43 probable.

There have been 32,122 negative tests, according to the state.

According to the state, the county currently has eight patients who are hospitalized, one of whom is on a ventilator.

The county’s seven-day average dropped to 13 new cases.
