One lane of traffic on Route 30 near Hempfield Plaza was blocked Thursday afternoon as emergency crews responded to a three-vehicle crash.

A Westmoreland County emergency dispatcher said at least one person suffered minor injuries.

The dispatcher said eastbound traffic was reduced to one lane as a result of the accident, which occurred shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Westbound traffic was not affected, the dispatcher said.

Police were not immediately available.
