State police are seeking the public’s help to identify a woman who took $200 worth of merchandise from the Walmart store in Hempfield.

Trooper Steve Limani said the woman took 17 items Sunday around 1:45 p.m. from the Greengate Centre store. Investigators on Monday released surveillance images of her pushing a cart full of merchandise in the store.

She was wearing dark clothing and a white hat. An image provided by state police showed her leaving in a light colored car. Anyone with information on her identity is asked to call state police in Greensburg at 724-832-3288.
