New Kensington man pleads guilty to sexual assault of teen
A New Kensington man pleaded guilty Monday to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.
Nasai Minon Parker-Hill, 19, will be sentenced later this year to three to seven years in prison under terms of a plea deal reached with prosecutors in which the most serious allegations — rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse — were dismissed.
He faces an additional five years on probation.
Parker-Hill pleaded guilty to lesser counts of sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
According to court records, Parker-Hill forced his way into his accuser’s bedroom and sexually assaulted her. Police said Parker-Hill, who was 18 at the time of the offense, knew his victim was a minor.
DNA collected from his accuser confirmed Parker-Hill had sexual relations with her, police said.
Parker-Hill has been in jail since his arrest since April and will be sentenced in about three months.
