Ligonier Valley Historical Society to hold Tastes of Town fundraiser
The Ligonier Valley Historical Society’s Tastes of the Town is set to return on April 18 at The Barn at Ligonier on Springer Road in Ligonier.
Among those slated to offer food at the fundraiser are Carol & Dave’s Roadhouse, The Creamery at Pleasant Lane Farms, The Eastwood Inn, El Vaquero Mexicano, Foggy Mountain Lodge Restaurant, The Gray Goose, Kingfisher Coffeehouse, Ligonier Giant Eagle, O’Shea’s Candies Sweet Shop, The Road Toad, Roman’s Pizzeria and Simply Good.
The cost is $60 per person for Ligonier Valley Historical Society members and $65 per person for non-members. The proceeds will benefit the historical society and Compass Inn Museum, both in Laughlintown.
This event is a “bring your own bottle” – alcoholic beverages, mixers and soft drinks are not provided, but a cup will be provided.
Tickets may be purchased at Betsy’s of Ligonier, Post & Rail Men’s Shop in Ligonier and the historical society at 1386 Route 30, Laughlintown. There are a limited number of tickets available.
Checks can be made payable to the Ligonier Valley Historical Society, P.O. Box 167, Laughlintown, Pa. 15655. All major creditor cards are accepted.
