Bushy Run Battlefield Heritage Society will host its 9th annual classic car cruise.

Start your engines and get ready to show off those classic cars.

Bushy Run Battlefield Heritage Society Inc. will host its 9th annual Classic Car Cruise from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. July 6 at the site near Jeannette.

According to planners, over 150 classic and antique vehicles are expected. In addition, visitors can enjoy a Chinese auction, 50/50 and silent auction. DJ Glenn Raymer will again provide music and entertainment.

“Our ‘Classic Car Cruise’ is always such a fun event at Bushy Run, and our volunteers work tirelessly to make it as exciting and enjoyable as possible for visitors every year,” says Michael Tusay, museum facilitator.

“The battlefield offers ample space for classic car owners to display their hard work while allowing the community to experience the battlefield in a unique way,” he adds.

The event is free and open to the public.

The first 100 cars in attendance will receive a commemorative dash plaque, and trophies will be awarded for best of show, first, second, and third place winners.

The battlefield and museum will be open for tours and a concession stand available.
