A section of Chaintown Road (Route 3002) in East Huntingdon will be closed, between Catalina Farm and Loucks roads, while PennDOT crews replace a bridge with a precast box culvert.

Work on the project is set to begin April 1 and is expected to wrap up by mid-June.

A marked detour will be in place using Nebo Road, Homestead Avenue, Route 3083 and Pittsburgh Street.
