Rollin’ and strollin’
More than 170 vintage rides are expected to roll into Ligonier on Friday for The Stroll, the annual 1950s-themed car cruise hosted by Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce. Hours are 5 to 9 p.m.
Antique and classic vehicles will ring the Diamond and park along adjoining streets. The event features music, a sock hop and more entertainment. Local merchants will offer sidewalk sales.

Party at the pool
An all-ages Foam Party is planned for 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. Friday at Veterans Memorial Pool at Lynch Field in Greensburg.
Attendees can enjoy an evening swim. A foam cannon will be set up on the nearby lawn, shooting out suds for everyone to wade through and play in.
Admission is $5.

Sweet SummerSounds
The SummerSounds concert series will host the Cuban-born, Nashville-based quintet Sweet Lizzy Project at 7 p.m. Friday in St. Clair Park in downtown Greensburg.
Playing anthemic vocals-and-guitar-driven rock, Sweet Lizzy has opened for Heart and Joan Jett and was featured in Raul Malo’s 2017 documentary for PBS, “Havana Time Machine.”
Pre-show music from 6:15 to 6:45 p.m. will be by Pittsburgh singer/songwriter Jacian Blaze.
Admission is free; donations are accepted to support the concerts that continue weekly through Sept. 2. For details, visit summersounds.com.
Classic rock tributes
Two classic rock tribute acts will take the stage this weekend at The Lamp Theatre, 222 Main St., Irwin.
• Bad Animals, The Heart Tribute, is first up at 8 p.m. Friday. Named for the 1987 album from the rock band fronted by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, Bad Animals was founded in 2001 and plays Heart hits such as “Barracuda,” “Crazy on You” and “Magic Man.” A ticket is $33.
• Bowie Live, The Ultimate David Bowie Tribute, follows at 8 p.m. Saturday. Singer Chris Theoret channels Bowie sonically and visually through all phases of his career, from songs such as “Space Oddity” and “Changes” to “Let’s Dance” and “Modern Love.” A ticket is $27.

Celebrate Delmont
The annual Delmont Daze celebration kicks off with a parade at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Rose Wigfield Parklet, 27 Greensburg St.
Running through 7 p.m., the event will feature crafts, balloon art, face-painting, games, antique cars, motorcycles, a magician, K-9 demonstration, Chinese auction and live music from 2 to 7 p.m.
Food trucks will include Earth Wheel & Fire Mobile Pizza, Speal’s on Wheels, Lou Lou’s Smoke House, T&D Bakery and Kona Ice. Drinks will be available from White Valley Distillery, Salem Spirits and Helltown Brewery.
