2 hurt in SUV, motorcycle crash in North Huntingdon

Two people were hurt in a crash between a motorcycle and a SUV on Route 30 in North Huntingdon on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Two people were hurt in a crash involving a SUV and a motorcycle in North Huntingdon Monday night, according to township police.

The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on Route 30 at Norwin Avenue.

Police said a man on the motorcycle and the driver of the SUV, a woman, were taken to a hospital by ambulance. Their names were not immediately available.

A police sergeant did not know how seriously they were hurt. The woman was alone in the SUV.

The circumstances of the crash, which forced the closure of Route 30 for about 30 minutes, were not immediately available.
