Festival to raise funds for scholarship program
Community Church of Pine Run will host its fourth annual Fall Scholarship Festival from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Kunkle Park, 285 Pine Church Road, Washington Township.
There will be food trucks, crafters, a flea market, music, raffles and a chili cook-off. Proceeds will benefit the church Educational Scholarship Fund.
Fall festival set Saturday in Plum
The Plum Fall Fest will be from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday in Plum Creek Park, 1040 Ross Hollow Road.
There will be a farmers market, food trucks, arts and crafts, children’s games, craft beers and pony rides.
Plum EMS will collect toys for the Plum School District Stuff-A-Bus event.
Cornhole tournament planned Saturday at Oktoberfest
A cornhole tournament to benefit the Chief Justin McIntire Memorial Foundation will begin at 4 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Brewing Company’s Oktoberfest at the brewery, 150 Ferry St., Creighton, East Deer.
