Penn State Extension offers cooking webinar

Penn State Extension will offer a webinar, “Let’s Cook At Home: Mediterranean,” from 6 to 7 p.m. Feb. 11 online.

The workshop will discuss how to prepare an authentic Mediterranean dish, shopping tips, simple cooking techniques and strategies for making dietary lifestyle changes. Prep instructions and videos will be sent out the weekend before the webinar to allow time to collect ingredients and set up for success.
