Highlands marching band plans Pie Night

The Highlands High School Varsity Marching Band annual Pie Night will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Golden Rams Stadium, Harrison.

Cost is $5 and includes a slice of pie, drink and a performance by the marching band. Rain date is Wednesday.


Drive-through food distribution set Tuesday at Pittsburgh Mills

Allegheny Valley Association of Churches and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank will host a drive-thru food distribution for anyone in need from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in parking lot of the former JC Penney store at the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills, Frazer.

Reservations are no longer required. Guests should remain in their vehicles and open their door or trunk and will be served on a first come, first served basis. Guests will complete a short registration process onsite. Each household will need to complete an annual self-declaration of need form to receive food.
