Tarentum police are asking for the public’s help in identifying these two men who are suspected of retail theft on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019.

Tarentum Police are trying to identify two men accused of stealing a shovel from the Tarentum Hardware store on First Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Chief Bill Vakulick said.

Security camera footage posted to the department’s Facebook page shows two men — one wearing a bright green, hooded sweatshirt and a tan baseball cap, along with another man wearing a black sweater under a black-and-brown plaid jacket — approaching the register.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Tarentum Police at 724-224-1515 or 412-473-3056.
