State police said they used a Taser gun to subdue a man suspected of burglarizing a Fawn home last week.

Justin Donald Ohler, 31, of Natrona Heights, faces charges of trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following the incident around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

State police said troopers went to a Matthews Lane home in response to a reported burglary and identified Ohler upon arrival.

Ohler ignored offiers’ commands and was shot with a Taser gun before being arrested, police said.

Ohler was arraigned Thursday and released from Allegheny County Jail a day later after positing $10,000 bond, court records show. He is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
