The annual St. Margaret Mary Parish Festival of Friendship began Friday night at the Leechburg Road church in Lower Burrell. The event features children’s games, bingo, a basket raffle with a 50/50 drawing and eight food vendors.

The event will continue Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. with more live music featuring Dave Smith, a local classic rock guitarist and returning electric violinist Steven Vance.
