Drainage improvement work that will shift traffic on Coxcomb Hill Road in Plum is set to begin Monday, Nov. 24.

The work will last until mid-December, according to a release from PennDOT.

The shift will take place between Hulton and Logans Ferry roads weekdays between from 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Motorists will still be able to travel in both directions.

No work will occur on Thursday and Friday because of the Thanksgiving holiday, PennDOT said.

The work is part of a multimillion dollar project that will see milling and paving, drainage upgrades, base repair and pavement marking installation, among other construction activity.
