An adult and two children escaped unhurt from a fire at their home on Wysocki Avenue in North Apollo late on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021.

No one was hurt in a house fire late Monday night in North Apollo, an Armstrong County emergency dispatcher said.

The fire at 1233 Wysocki Ave. was reported shortly before 11 p.m.

Firefighters were at the scene until about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, the dispatcher said.

A family of three, including an adult and two children, and their dog got out of the house after smelling smoke, Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV reported.

The house was severely damaged.

A state police fire marshal was investigating the cause of the fire, WPXI reported.
