No injuries reported in crash that knocked down 2 telephone poles in Harmar
A tractor trailer knocked down two telephone poles in Harmar Monday night.
Allegheny County dispatchers said no injuries were reported in connection with the crash shortly after 9 p.m. along the 1100 block of Freeport Road.
The road remains closed and the crash is under investigation.
County officials alerted people about the wreck via Twitter.
Utility companies were also notified.
Harmar: Road closure - Freeport Rd /Jefferson Rd; tractor trailer took 2 telephone poles and wires down. Responders on scene. Road will remain closed until utility company can clear poles and wires .
