An arrest warrant has been issued for an Ohio man who New Kensington police say shot at two people last Sunday.
City police charged Iven Cashua Miller Jr., 36, of Cleveland with two counts of attempted criminal homicide, two counts of attempted aggravated assault, one count of person not to possess a firearm and one count of strangulation.
The charges were filed on Friday, according to court records.
New Kensington police Detective Sgt. Matt Saxman said the shooting happened in the 1200 block of Victoria Avenue.
No one was struck by gunfire and there were no injuries, he said.
Saxman would not comment on a motive as the incident remains under investigation.
Police described Miller as a Black male, about 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 110 pounds with brown eyes.
Saxman said police encourage Miller to turn himself in.
He is considered to be armed and dangerous, Saxman said. Anyone who knows where he is should call 911 or New Kensington police at 724-339-7533.
