A 31-year-old Leechburg man is charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Mark Faiola was being held in the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Sept. 4.
According to a criminal complaint, Faiola is accused of touching the girl inappropriately on June 25.
Faiola is charged with a felony count of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of indecent assault, and one count of corruption of minors.
