Apollo
• Free community Easter Fest, noon to 2 p.m. April 1 in Owens Grove Park, 631 N. Second St. An egg hunt for toddlers through children in fifth grade will be at 12:30 p.m. and a sensory friendly area will be available. A soup and sandwich lunch for all and crafts will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sponsored by Agape Outreach Ministries of Apollo Free Methodist Church.
Bell
• Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, 8 to 11 a.m. April 1 at Bell Township Volunteer Department, 201 Main St., Salina. There will be kids gawmes, crafts and egg decorating. Cost: age 13 and older, $10; 3 to 12, $5; and 2 and younger, free.
Brackenridge
• Free Easter celebration, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 8 at Generations House of Worship, 1160 Parkside Drive. There will be an Easter-themed trunk-or-treat for children 11 and younger, a scavenger hunt with prizes for children 12 to 18, food trucks, photo ops with the Easter Bunny, a petting zoo, silent auction and 50-50. Freeport
Freeport Kiwanis will host an egg hunt and lunch with the Easter Bunny for children age 1 to 10 April 8 in Freeport Park. The egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. in the park and lunch will be afterward in the lower level of Laube Hall.
Gilpin-Leechburg
Free egg hunt, 1 p.m. April 8 at Gilpin- Leechburg Park, Park Road, Gilpin, for children in prekindergarten through fifth grade. Check-in will be at 12:30 p.m. Children will be divided into age groups. Bring a basket. Reservations required.
