A Buffalo Township man is facing charges, accused of raping an intoxicated 15-year-old girl more than a year ago after supplying her with alcohol.

Derrian Alcorn, 27, is charged with seven felony sex crimes, including rape by forcible compulsion, rape of an unconscious victim and corruption of a minor.

Police say Alcorn picked up the victim from a Freeport park and ride in July 2024 after agreeing through Snapchat to supply the girl with alcohol, according to a criminal complaint filed against him.

Alcorn previously asked the victim for nude photos, which she did not supply, the complaint said.

When he picked up the victim, who was already intoxicated, the girl informed him she was only 15, which Alcorn acknowledged, according to the complaint. Police said Alcorn supplied the girl with a bottle of Pink Whitney, a pink-lemonade vodka.

The two drove to Jacks Mobile Home Park, where Alcorn had sex with the girl, who told police she was “blackout drunk,” the complaint said. The girl told police she could not remember whether the alleged assault took place in Alcorn’s residence there or in the car, according to the complaint.

Police said DNA obtained with a rape kit matched Alcorn’s DNA.

Buffalo Township police Chief Tim Derringer said the department performed a lengthy forensic investigation over the past year.

Alcorn’s charges mark the third child rape case filed in the district court of Jack D. Ripper in less than two months.

In late August, Freeport Elementary teacher Jared Lampus was charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl over the course of several years.

And earlier this month, Michael Garrett Saunders, 49, was recharged with sexually assaulting a girl when she was 11 and 12 years old after his previous case was dismissed.

Alcorn’s defense attorney, Duke George Jr., said his client plans to turn himself in Wednesday for a preliminary arraignment scheduled for 10 a.m.
