A Sharpsburg man is accused of raping a 16-year-old in a borough apartment building over the weekend.

Allegheny County Police charged Quentin Allen-Rue, 31, with rape, corruption of minors, sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and aggravated indecent assault, court records show.

Allen-Rue was arrested Sunday and arraigned early Monday. He is being held in Allegheny County Jail on $50,000 bond.

The victim, a 16-year-old girl, told police Allen-Rue sexually assaulted her in a Sharpsburg apartment sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, according to a criminal complaint filed in the case.

The girl said she told him to stop “numerous times.”

She was taken to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for evaluation after the incident, police said.

Allen-Rue’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 20.
