President Donald Trump, Democratic candidate Joe Biden and their campaigns are expected to make appearances across Pennsylvania, including in the Pittsburgh area, in the final days before the Nov. 3 election.

With 20 Electoral College votes, Pennsylvania is a key battleground in the presidential race. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have made at least 16 campaign stops in the state since Sept. 1, while Biden and his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, have made at least 15 in the same span, according to a campaign trail tracker by the Chicago Tribune. That was more than their visits to any other state as of Wednesday.

Donald Trump Jr. is scheduled to appear with Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell and musician Ted Nugent at a “Get Out the Vote” rally in Ambridge on Friday.

The rally, hosted by Firearms Owners Against Crime, will be held at Munroe Inc. in the Ambridge Industrial Park. Doors are scheduled to open at 4 p.m. in advance of the 6 p.m. rally.

Firearms Owners Against Crime said they will highlight the importance of defending the Second Amendment, protecting individual liberties and maintaining a strong economy.

Trump is scheduled to make three stops across Pennsylvania on Saturday, ending with a 5:30 p.m. rally at the Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport in Penn Township, Butler County. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.

The Biden campaign said that the Democratic candidate and his wife, Jill Biden, and Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, will “barnstorm Pennsylvania and fan out across all four corners of the state” on Monday.

They “will hold events in the Keystone State to get out the vote while also discussing how to bring Americans together to address the crises facing the country and win the battle for the soul of the nation,” the announcement said.

Further details were not announced.
