A crew from the Washington County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene of an apparent murder-suicide Thursday afternoon, officials said.
Crews responded to a home in Canton Township for reports of the incident that took place between 1 p.m. Wednesday and noon Thursday, according to a release from the coroner.
State police are investigating it as a murder-suicide.
It was not immediately clear how many people were involved in the incident.
Officials said there is no threat to public safety.
