Two victims in the robbery told police that Lindsay. whom they know, and six other unknown males were behaving erratically and were told to leave the pair’s home at about 1 p.m. The group drove away, but Lindsay and two of the other men returned minutes later, forced their way into the home and displayed handguns as they demanded money and drugs, according to court documents. The men who accompanied Lindsay allegedly kicked the victims’ dog.

Lindsay, in the rear seat, allegedly fired three shots at the resident as the other victim, who suffered the arm injury, “tackled him out of the way,” police said.

Bullets holes were found next to the garage door, in a child’s toy near the driveway and at the base of a window of the home, where the resident’s two young children were present, along with their mother, police said.

The resident told police the shooting occurred after Lindsay argued with him about a robbery and allegedly threatened him through social media.

Borough police took possession of a car stolen from Delaware County that they believe was used in the shooting.
