$425,000 Cash 5 ticket sold at Fayette County convenience store
A Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $425,000 was sold at a Fayette County convenience store, according to state lottery officials.
The winning ticket matched all five balls drawn, 01-12-22-33-34, to win the jackpot for April 19.
Prokopovitch Pitt Stop Market, located along Route 201 in Fayette City, will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
To play Cash 5, players pay $1 to select five numbers between 1 and 43. The numbers must match all five numbers drawn to win the jackpot, although there are prizes for matching up to four numbers.
Chances of winning are one in 962,598, officials said.
Winners will be identified after prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Cash 5 prizes expire one year from the drawing date.
