Police: Man in critical condition after Stowe nightclub shooting
A man is in critical but stable condition in a Pittsburgh hospital following a shooting Sunday in the parking lot of a nightclub in Stowe, authorities said.
Stowe Township police responded to a call for shots fired at 3:15 a.m. Sunday.
When police arrived on scene, they learned that a man, 31, had multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was driven to a Pittsburgh hospital in someone’s vehicle.
Stowe police requested Allegheny County police to investigate, according to Christopher Kearns, Allegheny County’s police superintendent.
There are no suspects yet, Kearns said in a press release Sunday.
Detectives found multiple gun cartridge casings in the parking lot of the True Diamonds night club parking lot, 1107 Island Ave.
The injured man was a patron of True Diamonds, according to police.
