A man was hospitalized in grave condition with a severe head injury after falling in a worksite in Pittsburgh’s Fineview neighborhood Monday evening.
Public Safety spokeswoman Cara Cruz said the incident took place shortly before 7 p.m. along the 1500 block of Federal Street.
The 45-year-old man was doing residential construction work when he fell from scaffolding and landed inside the house.
Just before 7 p.m., authorities responded to reports of a man hurt in the 1500 block of Federal Street while doing residential construction/rehab work.
The man fell from scaffolding and landed inside the house, police said.
He was breathing and had a pulse when medics transported him to the hospital in grave condition, Cruz said.
