Police: Bloomfield Subway robbed

The Subway sandwich store in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield neighborhood was robbed by an armed man Tuesday afternoon, Pittsburgh police said.

The robbery occurred at about 2:30 p.m. at the Subway on Liberty Avenue. The suspect was described as a Black man about 50 years old and about 6 feet tall. He was missing some teeth.

He wore a black head wrap.

Police did not say how much money the robber took.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call Pittsburgh police at 412-323-7161.
