Pittsburgh police safely locate missing teen

Pittsburgh police have safely located teen Jaquan Groomes-Smith.
The 13-year-old was last seen Friday at Allegheny Traditional Academy when police issued an alert seeking help to locate him.
Police posted an update Tuesday to social media that he has been found.
