Water main break in Collier affects Baldwin Road intersection

Pennsylvania American Water crews were working Saturday in Collier after a water main break.

Flaggers were directing traffic on Baldwin Road at McMichael Road, which previously had been closed.

County dispatchers said the closure began around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
