The ever-growing Pittsburgh pop-culture convention scene will have two additions next year — one new show and one resurrected show.

The first Momento Con will be at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh on May 9 and 10. Horror Realm Con — which ended a multi-year run in 2017 — will return to the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South hotel March 6-8.

Both conventions will have exhibitor booths, celebrity panels, autograph and photo opportunities.

Momento Con’s current roster includes three “Supernatural” actors — Mark Sheppard, Rob Benedict and Matt Cohen — along with Amanda Tapping (“Stargate SG-1”), Richard Speight Jr. (“Jericho”), Lauren Tom (“The Joy Luck Club”) and Steven Williams (“21 Jump Street”). The show is being run by the Altoona Sci-Fi Valley Con.

Horror Realm Con’s current roster included Tiffany Shepis (“Tromeo and Juliet”), Tony Moran (“Halloween”), Caroline Williams (“The Texas Chainsaw Massacre”), Patricia Tallman (“Night of the Living Dead”), Judie Aronson (“Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter”), Kelli Maroney (“Fast Times at Ridgemont High”) and “Movie Outlaw” author and filmmaker Mike Watt.
