A Pittsburgh man wanted in connection with a shooting in Brookline turned himself in to city police Wednesday morning.
Authorities said Edward Phillips, 44, came to the city’s warrant office around 5:30 a.m.
He was charged with recklessly endangering another person, person not to posses a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, driving with a suspended license and two counts of aggravated assault.
The charges stem from a Sunday shooting in the 900 block of Norwich Avenue, police said.
A man was shot and taken to a hospital in stable condition, police said.

Phillips is in Allegheny County Jail on $100,000 bail, according to online court records.
