A section of Banksville Road in Pittsburgh will be down to a single lane starting Monday and continuing through the end of April for reconstruction work, PennDOT announced.

The restriction begins Jan. 6 and will periodically affect a southbound lane of Route 19 between Banksville and Potomac avenues between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. so crews can reconstruct the shoulder along the roadway, according to the transportation agency.
