A 16-year-old girl reported missing from Ohio was recently seen in the Pittsburgh area, Allegheny County police said Friday.

Mandy M. Constable was last seen around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday leaving her home in Springfield Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, about 60 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, police said.

“At this point, they do not believe she was abducted and indications are she ran away,” police said.

The teen’s guardians used a cellphone app to track her phone and found it in the Pittsburgh area, according to police. Springfield Township police reached out to Allegheny County police for help Thursday.

Allegheny County police investigated and learned that the girl was recently in the eastern and southern parts of the county, police said.

Constable is black with a light complexion. She’s between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs between 130 and 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a heavy, dark green jacket with a fur-lined hood, dark jeans and a T-shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call the county police tip line at 833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
