Man found shot to death early Saturday on Pittsburgh’s North Side

A man was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound on Pittsburgh’s North Side early Saturday morning, Pittsburgh police said.

The victim, who was not identified, was found around 6:40 a.m. lying under some bushes on the 1700 block of Manhattan Street.

Medics arrived shortly after and pronounced the victim dead, police said.

Additional details were not available Saturday morning.
