The Allegheny County Health Department ordered the La Palapa food truck to close until repairs to the truck’s water system are completed, according to an inspection report.

The Allegheny County Health Department had ordered the food truck to close until repairs to the truck’s water system were completed, according to an inspection report filed March 9.
The report also mentioned that the truck did not have proper refrigeration for some cold food items.
In addition to the food truck, La Palapa also operates a brick-and-mortar restaurant on Pittsburgh’s South Side.
