One of Kennywood’s original flumes from its defunct Log Jammer ride sold Friday morning for $11,100 via eBay.

The winning bid was placed at 10:32 a.m., according to the listing.

The auction opened on Aug. 6 and 53 bids were placed by more than 20 bidders.

The West Mifflin amusement park gave the faux wooden boat to “Give Kids the World,” a charity that provides free, weeklong vacations to critically ill kids and their families at its resort in central Florida.

The flume was used before the Log Jammer closed in 2017 and was sold “as-is.”

The ride was demolished to make room for the recently opened Steel Curtain roller coaster.

The winning bidder will have to go to Kennywood to pick up the log. All proceeds benefited the charity.
