One of Dick’s Sporting Goods new concept stores has opened at the Village Square Mall in Bethel Park, according to a release from the Findlay-based company.

It is one of eight new concept stores opening across the country.

The company recently announced plans to expand its footprint in the sporting goods industry with new outlets called Overtime by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dick’s Sporting Goods Warehouse.

The three Overtime stores are located in Philadelphia, Hagerstown, Md. and Plainville, Conn.

The company opened one of its five new Warehouse stores on June 15 in Bethel Park. The other Warehouse stores are located in Indiana, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin.

The store in the Village Square Mall is located at 4000 Oxford Drive. It will operate as a temporary “pop-up-style” shopping venue.

Dick’s Warehouse stores offer clearance discounts of up to 90% on name-brand footwear and apparel.

The Overtime shops sell apparel, footwear and equipment from brands including Nike, Adidas and Under Armour at discounts of up to 75%.

Dick’s Sporting Goods operates 726 stores in the United States.
