Portion of Rodi Road in Penn Hills to close nightly
Motorists who use Rodi Road in Penn Hills should allow extra time for travel this week.
A portion of the heavily used road will close from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly through Friday for gas line work, PennDOT announced Monday.
Crews from the M. O’Herron Co. will work on gas line installation between Frankstown and Universal roads.
Traffic will be detoured. The suggested route is to use West 376/22, Route 130 in Churchill, Beulah and Long roads to Frankstown Road and back to Rodi Road.
