A Penn Hills man is missing and considered endangered, police said Sunday.

Police are trying to find Larry Ellis, 56, of Penn Hills.

According to police, Ellis left his home around 1 a.m. to meet a woman named Ebony. He was last seen leaving in a dark-colored vehicle with an unknown jitney driver.

Police said Ellis has a history of strokes and suffers from dementia and seizures. He has not taken his seizure medication, which is still at his home, police said.

Ellis is described as Black with gray facial hair, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighing 230 to 250 pounds. He walks with a noticeable limp from a previous stroke.

He was last seen wearing a dark pin-stripe suit with a tie and hat, police said. He was also wearing a white trench coat.

Anyone with information about Ellis’ whereabouts is asked to call police at 412-342-0858.
