A Penn Hills man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Scott Township.

Juwan Haynes, 26, turned himself in to authorities Thursday night and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment, Allegheny County Police said.

Police accuse Haynes of shooting a man shortly before 6:45 a.m. Monday along the 300 block of Camelot Drive.

First responders found a man with gunshot wounds to his torso and arm that morning. He was transported to a hospital in stable condition.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Allegheny County Police tip line at 833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
