Thanksgiving reunion luncheon

Psychic fair
3 Rivers Psychic Fair, the newest psychic fair in Pittsburgh, will be held at the Comfort Inn, 699 Rodi Road in Penn Hills. The first event date is Nov. 5, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Free workshops will be happening from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., on topics ranging from meditation to being yourself.
The fairs offer psychic, intuitive, and medium readings, Reiki healers, energy healers, holistic, and various products. The mission of the fair is to connect, heal and educate. Admission is $5.

Books and more fundraiser
Sheep Inc. HealthCare Center will be holding a Books and More Fundraiser Oct 28-30. There will be inspirational books (fiction and non-fiction for children, teens and adults, historical, mystery, suspense, romance, devotionals and more), bibles, stationary, household items, home decor, jewelry, Sarris Chocolate and more. All products (except chocolate) are by suggested donation, and will provide free medical care to people without health insurance. Those who spend $30 or more will be entered into a drawing for a five-pound Sarris Chocolate Bar. Mark your calendar for the following dates and places:
• Oct. 28 from 3-8 p.m. and Oct. 29 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at The Fold Church, 11817 Frankstown Road in Penn Hills.

Toy drive
Lower Valley Athletic Foundation Christmas Toy Drive runs through the first week of December.
There are donation boxes at Inner Groove Brewing and the Verona borough building, both along East Railroad Avenue. Organizers are looking for new, unopened toys for children of all ages. Toy distribution is expected a week before Christmas. The foundation will reach out to local schools and churches to find families in need.
