DUI, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court – Dec. 2, 2019

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• John Arble, 31, of Blairsville on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Sept. 10.

• Gregory Coleman, 60, of Verona on charges of possession of firearms prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, defiant trespass and public drunkenness. Charges were filed Nov. 13.

• Davaughn Jones, 27, of Penn Hills on charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm prohibited and recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Nov. 18.

• Richard Martin, 43, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed July 10.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Raymond Mallory III, 42, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed May 22, 2017.

• Darcell Johnson, 21, of Verona on charges of possession of controlled substances and two counts of possession with intent to deliver. Allegheny County police filed the charges June 6, 2018.

• Antonieaunna Festa-Hardin, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverages by a minor, driving under the influence – minor first offense, driving without a license, careless driving, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to notify police of an accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Aug. 4.

• Kathy Sula, 49, of Plum on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Charges were filed June 27.
