47-year-old man dies after being shot in Penn Hills

A 47-year-old man shot multiple times in Penn Hills on Monday night has died.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the man as Gregory Anderson, of Penn Hills. He died at an unidentified hospital on Tuesday.

Penn Hills police said Anderson was shot around 7:45 p.m. near Woods Road and Marion Way. He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian.

Police were talking with neighbors and looking for video as they worked to find out what led to the shooting and information on suspects.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Allegheny County Police at 833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
