Road paving along several streets in Bradford Woods has begun and will run through Oct. 11, borough officials announced.
On-street parking is prohibited from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays along the streets where work is being performed. Vehicles parked on the street during these hours will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Homeowners who have underground electric lines, dog fences or water sprinkling systems located in the borough right of way along the street at the curb must mark the lines. The borough will not be responsible for damage to unmarked lines.
The work is being done along Crystal Springs and Oak Grove roads; at the end of Elm Road; and along Glemore Road between Forest and Wexford Run roads. Work also is being done on the storm water catch basin at the corner of Meetinghouse and Neely School roads.
The project involves the installation of storm pipes and the replacement of inlet tops and grates to improve storm water management, milling the existing pavement, and paving.
While access to driveways will be permitted, residents are asked to limit use of the roads while work is being performed.
