Jabari Ata Wilson Jr., who in court documents has addresses in Scott Township and Washington, Pa., is facing three felony charges of assaulting a police officer, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Just before 11 p.m. Saturday, Kennywood security requested county officers to assist in breaking up a verbal argument between Wilson Jr. and a woman outside the park, according to a criminal complaint. The woman was pushing Wilson Jr. when officers got to the scene, the report said.

Police attempted to physically separate the two and told Wilson Jr. to back up, but Wilson Jr. defied those instructions, the complaint said. Another altercation ensued when they tried to arrest Wilson Jr., police said.

Three officers were hurt in the brawl, according to the complaint.

Wilson Jr. faces a preliminary hearing Oct. 24 before District Judge Richard D. Olasz Jr.
