Brownshill Road between Dorseyville Road and Saxonburg Boulevard will be closed to traffic between 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, O’Hara officials said on Monday, March 11, 2019.

A small portion of Cavitt Road in Monroeville will be closed indefinitely, the municipality said Thursday.

The road is closed to traffic between William Penn Highway and Asbury Court. The municipality’s website urges people who travel this road to use alternate routes but does not provide recommended detours.

The road was originally closed March 13 due to road work. A municipal alert said the closure could continue until March 15.

Multiple calls to Public Works for comment were not returned.
